I’m Karen Johnson and I’m qualified accredited counsellor based in Milton Keynes. I have trained in a variety of therapeutic practices in my training so I am able to offer a truly unique approach to my work with you. I mainly use talking therapies in my initial approach, and then draw on other therapies I am trained in – these include an integrative Counselling approach, NLP, CBT, and hypnotherapy to offer a unique service for my clients tailored to their specific needs.
I’m passionate about helping people, and understand that as individuals we all have our own unique challenges in life. I’m here to help you work through those challenges in a safe and friendly environment.
I have a comfortable and private therapy room and cover Milton Keynes and any surrounding areas.
Covid-19 Update Due to the Covid-19 situation I am currently offering online therapy this can either be via video conferencing or via telephone whichever you find most comfortable. In addition, and subject to our lovely British weather I also offer outdoor therapy sessions.
